June 27, 2010盧佛青致詞 師尊，師母，在座的各位貴賓，上師，教授師，法師，以及各級弘法人員，大家好！ 在今年二月的『孔雀明王』大法會中，我告訴了大家『佈施基金會』理想的大目標是 : 十年內建設屬於『盧勝彥佈施基金會』的教育機構或醫療診所，貢獻給社會大眾。然後，台灣雷蔵寺的代理住持蓮哲上師在師尊的風水指導之下，已經準備捐出一塊雷蔵寺旁邊的地給基金會建築使用。感謝蓮哲上師以及雷蔵寺的理事會還有所有的同門那麼熱心的支持基金會。接下來，我們必須做個環境研究，了解清楚在教育或醫療方面怎麼去幫助那些最需要幫助的人。這是目前最緊要的工作 ，這項工作的進展以後會向大家報告。
